How To Create Page Messaging For Your Chatbot

You can create page message for your website page to assist your visitor. This helps in communicating with the customer more promptly than them contacting you via Contact Us page.

The steps are so easy and simple.

Go to “Chatbot for Website” from left toolbar then click on “Page Messaging”



Hit Center button that says: “Create Page Message” to create one.



On the new page, you will find a dialogue box.
Fill all the required fields to create your page message.




  • Give URL of your website.

  • You can set your toggle to Message or start a Form according to the requirement. Right now we set it to Message

  • Write your message. *you can also attach image or files in the message.*

  • Set delay timings


After filling all the required fields, Click “Save”

To see your page message you would need to go to your defined URL and wait till the defined delay period. In my case I would need to go to my website’s pricing page and wait for 5 seconds. Your page message should look like this.



Here you GO! Your page message is ready.
You can send a welcome message on the home page or offer your help in Contact Us page by giving URL of the respective page.


Note: If you can’t find “Chatbot for Website” option in Left toolbar go to Platforms and enable the toggle of Chatbot for Website.

Go to “Settings” from left Toolbar of Botsify Dashboard.


Select “Platform”



You will be directed to a new page like this:
Turn on the toggle “Chatbot for Website”




Start creating messages! The options are limitless!
