Learn the easiest way to manage offline hours for your users

Step 1

Go to the settings to set the offline hours

Step 2

Click the “Manage Offline Hours” to proceed

Step 3

In this window, set the time and days during which your bot will be offline for the clients. Also, add the message that must show up to the users

This will be the message that the bot says to the user.

Also, you can initiate a story instead of simple bot texts

Once you have clicked at the initiate story, there will be a list of stories that must have been made then choose the one that you want to show up to your users

Step 4

Once you are done with the messaging, time, and days hit the “set offline hours” button to set.
