The script is a predefined set of instructions that can be executed to perform a specific task or series of tasks.

STEP 01

Click on a Script Icon on the Side Menu.

STEP 02

By clicking on Script, you will be redirected to a page where you can create it.

STEP 03

Click on Agent Response Block and type the text you want here.(YOU CAN DRAG MULTIPLE AGENT RESPONSES).

STEP 04 

Drag a User Input Block.

STEP 05

Drag a Book an Appointment Block.

STEP 06

Click on the Save button to save the Script.
