There are three types of Manage Action, 

• Goals Action
• Call Forwarding
• JSON API 

In Goals Action, you can type Goals Keywords and Goal Name.

In Call Forwarding you can type Call Forwarding Keywords and call Forwarding Number.

In JSON API, you can type the JSON keywords and Enter JSON API URL also select the Method (GET & POST).

STEP 01

Click on a Manage Actions Icon on the Side Menu.

STEP 02

By clicking on Manage Actions you will be redirected to a page where you can create it.

STEP 03

Select Action Type “GOAL” in the drop-down.

STEP 04

Enter Goal Keywords, And Enter Goal Name.

STEP 05

Click on the Save Button to see the Goal Action.

STEP 06

Select Action Type “Call Forwarding” in the drop-down.

STEP 07

Enter “Call Forwarding Keywords” And “Call Forwarding Number”.

STEP 08

Click on the Save Button to see the Call Forwarding.

STEP 09

Select Action Type “JSON API” in the drop-down.

STEP 10

Enter JSON Keywords, and JSON API URL, and Select the Method “GET” from the drop-down.

STEP 11

Click on the Save Button to see the JSON API & its Methods.

STEP 12

Again select JSON API from the Action Drop-down, Enter JSON API keywords, JSON API URL, and Select the Method “POST” from the drop-down.

STEP 13

Click on the Save Button to see the JSON API & its Methods.
