STEP 01

Go to the Openai.com

STEP 02

Click on the Login Option

STEP 03

Click on the API Box

STEP 04

Go to the API Keys and click on the Generate new Secret Key button.

STEP 5

Enter Name then select the project and click on Generate Key.

STEP 06.

Copy the Secret key and go back to the app.botsify.Voiceai.com URl

STEP 07

Click on the “Integrations” icon on the Side Menu.

STEP 08

By clicking on Integration, you will be redirected to a page where you can integrate it. then Click on the “OPEN AI” tab

STEP 09

Set the Open AI Chat GPT API key. Write your private Chat GPT API key here, and Select the Agent Voice from the Dropdown...   

STEP 10 

Click on the SAVE button.

STEP 11

Go to the “Setting” icon on the Side Menu.

STEP 12

Type Agent Name, Type Greeting Message, and Fallback Message and Select the OPEN AI VOICE (TTS) from the Agent’s voice Drop-down.

STEP 13

Click on the SAVE button.
