Go to the play.ht

STEP 02

Click on the Login Option

STEP 03

Enter the Email and Password Also You Can Login in with your Google Email ID.

STEP 04

Click on “API ACCESS” from the Side Menu.

STEP 05

click on the Generate Secret Key button.

STEP 06

Copy the User ID and Secret key and go back to the app.botsify.Voiceai.com URL.

STEP 07

Click on the “Integrations” icon on the Side Menu.

STEP 08

By clicking on Integration, you will be redirected to a page where you can integrate it. then Click on the “PLAY.HT” tab

STEP 09

Enter User ID and Secret Key then Click on the Save button.

STEP 10

Select the Agent Voice from the Dropdown.

STEP 11

Click on the SAVE button.

STEP 12

Go to the “Setting” icon on the Side Menu.

STEP 13

Type Agent Name, Type Greeting Message, Fallback Message and Select the PLAY.HT VOICE (TTS) from the Agent’s voice Drop Down.

STEP 14

Click on the SAVE button.
